I have a 4 oz Platinum layered .999 Eagle coin. I cannot find any info on it. It’s from the Washington mint?

Sort of. It has the same head but the eagle side is different (it has a sun on the left not a tree). It also does not say 100$
Their is no face value on this coin. Also it is a 4 oz coin not 1/4.
